The price of accommodation includes access to the jacuzzi and swimming pool (if you have paid for it). The villa is for a maximum of 14 people. The jacuzzi and swimming pool are available from 09:00 to 21:00 for hygiene and safety reasons.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, dishwasher tablets, spring, towels and toilet paper. A cot and high chair are available on request. We have 2 children’s chairs and cots available.
If you are interested in making a binding reservation for your stay, please send us your billing details. Two subsequent advance invoices will be sent to you. After the first payment of 30%, your stay will be bindingly reserved and confirmed. The second advance invoice (additional payment) must be paid one week before the start of your stay, as we cannot accept cash payments.

- Discount for loyal customers – 10% for every third order (only if the stay is ordered and paid for by the same person or company)

Cancellation fees
- from binding reservation – more than 30 days before arrival without cancellation
- 29 – 7 days before arrival 30% of the total price of the stay
- 6 – 1 day before arrival 70% of the total price of the stay
- no-show 100% of the price of the stay
